8.   I Design & Email a Flyer To All Local Realtors To Alert Them

9.   I Set Up A Date To Caravan Century 21 Realtors To Preview The Property

10.  I Design And Place Ads In The Real Estate Magazine, Hot Properties and 

      The Bismarck Tribune

11.  I Set Up A Virtual Tour For All Internet Sites

12.  I Create And Leave A "Home Book" For All Showing Agents With All Pertinant

      Information On The Property

13.  I Instal A Flyer Stand So Touring Prospects Can Take The Information

18.  I Call All Agents Who Show Your Property For Feedback  

19.  I Relay All Feedback To My Clients For Evaluation

20.  I Send Weekly Reports On The Number Of Visits To Your Property's Listing

      On Century 21, Realtor.com And Other Websites

21.  I Set Up A Webpage Showing All Comparable Listings So You Can See What

      Competition Your Property Has And Adjust The Price As Necessary

22.  I Consult With You Weekly To See If There Is Anything We Can Do To

      Improve Your Property's Position In The Market Place

23.  I Am Available Via Phone, Email And Text Message. If I Don't Respond

      Immediately, I Will As Soon As I'm Free
